Who are we?
Fine Wooden Toys is a small family business based in Drexel, Missouri, USA. How small is small? As founder, president and work-at-home mom, I take care of 99% of the business, sometimes employing another mom to help me with the packing. Yep, that's it. No big corporation here! This means that all orders have my personal attention and are packed with care to insure accuracy and safe arrival. I also have total control over WHAT we sell. Items that I feel are substandard are discontinued. Items that are found to be scratched or dented are NOT shipped as new, but are made available at a reduced price on our Specials page. I'm a picky consumer myself, and I try hard to insure that what we ship meets a high standard. And, of course, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If it turns out you are not happy with an item, you may return it within two weeks for a refund, even if it's opened.
