This beautiful 3-Layer wooden puzzle illustrates a short story about the life cycle of a frog. Bottom Layer (2 pc): A frog has laid eggs at the bottom of a lake. A tiny tadpole is growing inside each small egg. Middle Layer (3 pc): After the tadpoles have hatched, their front and back legs begin to grow. Top Layer (6 pc): Now the frog is almost as big as the water lily on which he is sitting. A peephole gives a tantalizing look at the layer below.
