Pyramid of Play Stacking Boxes

Five wooden nesting blocks with fun graphics and new lifestyle colors. One of the most versatile, developmentally and educationally useful products that we've seen! Each box helps with recognition of:

• a letter (A-E), objects that begin with the letter (apple/butterflies/cupcakes/ducks/elephants) and the written name of the objects
• a color and it's written name (red/orange/yellow/green/blue)
• a number (1-5), it's written name, and counting of that number of objects
• a shape (circle/star/rectangle/square/triangle) with a shape matching/sorting activity - fitting the matching block through a hole in each box
• size sequencing

All of this, plus the pure fun of stacking and nesting the boxes together! When stacking, each box fits inside a shallow recess in the previous block, which keeps the boxes from sliding off of each other and frustrating young stackers. The colorful images are silkscreened for durability (not paper laminate) and the boxes are constructed with sturdy dovetailed corners. Set includes five boxes and five wooden blocks. Largest box is 5.5 inches on a side. When stacked together, all five boxes create a tower 18.5 inches tall. Age 18 months+
