Ordering Problems

Like any web-based business, we do occasionally experience server problems and interruptions in service. We're very sorry if you have encountered a problem in using our website. If you have recently attempted to place an order and do not know if your order went through, or if you received an error message after submitting your order - please email us right away at finewoodentoys@gmail.com, describe your problem and give us your phone number so that we can contact you if necessary. Email messages are monitored daily, including off-hours and most holidays. We can confirm whether or not your order went through and if your credit card was charged.

Occasionally, if we discover that a problem is occurring during checkout, we will switch our payment processor temporarily to Paypal. During checkout, you will be taken to the Paypal website to enter your credit card information. Paypal is a safe and secure way to pay for your order, and you do not have to have a Paypal account. We recommend that you click the "Return to Fine Wooden Toys" button after completing your order to be sure that you receive our emailed order confirmation and receipt.

Orders may also be placed by faxing a completed order form to 1-660-675-4461 (any time, day or night) or by mailing it to: Fine Wooden Toys, PO Box 258, Drexel MO 64742.
